‘There’s legs in this’: Insider shares what his ‘best’ transfer source has now told him about Arsenal
Source:Football News,

Some remarkable stories do the rounds during a transfer window.

Indeed, anyone who spends all day searching for transfer news about their club will know that no story is too strange at this time of year.

Over the past few days, a number of rumours about Arsenal have done the rounds on social media, and one story seems to have captured the imagination more than any other.

Rumours on social media have suggested that Arsenal are interested in a so-called 'mystery' German player, and according to Arsenal insider, Team News and Ticks, speaking on Inside Arsenal, this rumour is true.

Indeed, the insider says that his best transfer source has told him that there are legs to this story surrounding Arsenal and a mystery German player.

"With news coming of a mystery German Arsenal want to sign, who would your ideal transfer be? What do you know about this, because I know nothing about it?" Charles Watts asked,

"Yeah, so I saw the news, and I completely ignored it, I thought it was a marketing ploy. I didn't think much of it and didn't go chasing it, but then my main, best transfer source messaged me out of the blue saying that there's legs in this German thing," Team News and Ticks said.

"I replied within seconds, saying 'who?' I didn't hear from him for 24 hours. He got back to me the next day saying he can't let the name out at the moment. I have heard a name from other people since, but I don't want to put it out there because I don't believe it, the name I have heard."

Arsenal's German target Of course, after hearing this story it's hard not to wonder who this mystery target is.

Joshua Kimmich is a player who has been somewhat linked with a move to Arsenal in recent times, as is Leroy Sane.

Given that Arsenal are in the market for a striker, perhaps Niclas Fullkrug could be another player the Gunners are looking at.

This is certainly a situation to keep an eye on as Arsenal begin to firm up interest in many of their transfer targets.
