West Ham United have confirmed that Luis Brown has signed a professional contract with the club.
The Hammers confirmed via their official website (5 July) that the 18-year-old has returned to the club after spending ten years with Arsenal.
Under-21 lead coach Mark Robson has expressed his delight, telling the club, "It's a fantastic day for Luis, and for the whole Brown family.
"It's great that tradition is continuing, and I'm sure he'll work as hard as possible to try to emulate Kenny and Ken Sr."
As per Jeorge Bird's Arsenal Youth (18 May), Brown progressed through the ranks with Arsenal but wasn't offered a professional contract by the Gunners.

While plenty of supporters at the London Stadium are unlikely to know much about Brown, all they do need to know is that the young defender seemingly bleeds Claret and Blue.
Despite his time with Arsenal at Hale End, it appears as if the player's roots have always been firmly fixed at the London Stadium with West Ham.

He is the son of former Hammers defender and current Academy Manager Kenny Brown, and the grandson of the Club's oldest-living player, Ken Brown Sr.
As a result, the England youth international will already know what it means to be a part of the club.
Julen Lopetegui could look to hand Luis Brown an opportunity at West Ham next season He will no doubt be motivated by the prospect of living up to his family's name in East London, and with some great experience under his belt already, this could be one for supporters to keep an eye on.
