Bukayo Saka's week went from great to almost perfect on the golf course before being brought back down to earth - literally.
England are through to the semi-final of Euro 2024 after a nail-biting penalty shootout victory over Switzerland on Saturday - and it was time to let off some steam.
Saka proved he can swing a club as well as score stunners, though the feeling of pride did not last long So what better place to go than to enjoy Germany's beautiful countryside and take some time to play one of the surrounding golf courses.
The whole squad got together to smash some balls off the driving range and, naturally, things got competitive with teams separated into North vs South.
Everyone wanted to see who could hit it the furthest, even those who had never taken to a golf course before.
That included Arsenal's Saka, who was still on cloud nine after his stunning equaliser and penalty against Switzerland helped England progress in Dusseldorf.
It was so good, in fact, it drew loud praise from his England teammates, who all stood and applauded and hollered after his majestic effort.
But pride comes before the fall, literally in this case, as Saka swooned through his team before taking a tumble when he fell over a golf bag.
With his whole team watching, the applause now turned to guffaws of laughter and Saka could not help but look somewhat sheepish as he picked himself up off the deck.

And a third joked: "Give a yellow card to that bag."
While his teammates might have laughed their heads off, England fans might have winced at seeing one of the country's star players down.
Luckily, he walked it off - and golf might not be his sport after all, but as long as he is fit to face the Netherlands on Wednesday live on talkSPORT, no one will mind.
