Guehi, who joined Palace from Chelsea in 2021, has seen his reputation grow immensely after his impressive displays for England at Euro 2024 so far.
The 23-year-old started alongside John Stones in England's first four games before missing the quarter-final against Switzerland due to suspension.
Despite Ezri Konsa's impressive display, Guehi is likely to return to Gareth Southgate's side for Wednesday's semi-final and could still be a major topic of discussion once the tournament is over.
Both Arsenal and United are interested in the Englishman's services, and that will only be strengthened after the news that Guehi has no intention of signing a new contract at Selhurst Park.
Palace were keen to offer a new deal with a release clause, according to The Sun, but Guehi, who has just two years left on his current deal, is said to to not be interested.
Guehi is reportedly valued in excess of PS55 million by Palace, with Newcastle United another club who have been credited with interest in the centre-back.

Eberechi Eze, who has already featured for England at Euro 2024, is also attracting interest this summer from Premier League rivals.
United are considering several names alongside Guehi as they look for defensive reinforcements, with Matthijs de Ligt and Jarrad Branthwaite also under consideration.
Arsenal, meanwhile, are closing in on a deal for Bologna and Italy defender Riccardo Calafiori.
