Sky Germany reporter Florian Plettenberg has revealed that Brentford have now informed interested parties that Ivan Toney would be allowed to leave the club for a cut-price fee.
A departure from the Gtech Community Stadium seems inevitable for Toney, who will enter the final year of his contract this June.
Over the last few months, it has been reported that Tottenham are set to battle the likes of Arsenal, Newcastle United, Manchester United and Chelsea for the 27-year-old's signature this summer (HITC).
Various sources have continued to suggest over recent weeks that the Bees will demand a fee of around PS50m to PS60m for their talismanic striker this summer (Dharmesh Shet - GiveMeSport).

He explains that when West Ham enquired about the England international's availability, that is the price that they were quoted.

Spurs Web Opinion
Clubs who expect to get pre-2023 transfer fees for their players will be in for a rude shock this summer.
We already saw the market readjust itself in January after the Premier League's efforts to enforce the Profit and Sustainability Rules and the same trend will continue this summer.
I do not think you will find too many clubs willing to spend PS50m-PS60m on a player who has a year left on his contract.
