Brighton have suffered an injury blow ahead of the visit of Manchester United.

Captain Lewis Dunk will sit out the Sunday afternoon Premier League clash with a knee injury, it has been confirmed by manager Roberto De Zerbi.

He said: "Lewis Dunk is not available. I don't think it's a big problem, which is good news for him and us, but he won't play on Sunday," said De Zerbi. "I don't know the level of his injury, but it is a knee issue."

He added: "We will have to see Tariq's [Lamptey] situation because, after a long time out, he played 70 minutes at Newcastle and a long time against Chelsea. "We want to finish top 10 for us, for the fans, for people who work at the club."

What's the latest Manchester United team news?Erik ten Hag hopes Raphael Varane and Victor Lindelof could both be available when Manchester United face Brighton in their final Premier League match of the season this weekend.

United welcomed Lisandro Martinez back from injury in their midweek win over Newcastle and are hopeful that they could be handed another double defensive boost on Sunday afternoon. Beyond that, Ten Hag hopes Harry Maguire could be available when United face Man City in the FA Cup final next week, but he has admitted Luke Shaw has less of a chance of being involved in the Wembley showpiece event.
