Brighton are strongly interested in Inter Miami midfielder Diego Gomez, talkSPORT understands.

The Seagulls recently announced the arrival of Fabian Hurzeler as their new head coach following the departure of Roberto De Zerbi.

Paraguay international Gomez is valued at PS15million by Inter Miami and joined last summer at the same time as Lionel Messi.

He has scored four goals in 25 appearances for the club, with 19 of those coming alongside the Argentine legend in all competitions.

Gomez was part of the Inter Miami squad that won the Leagues Cup last August and has now attracted Premier League interest.

talkSPORT also understands the Seagulls retain interest in Leicester's Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall after a failed move in January.

Dewsbury-Hall is rated at PS30million and was key to the Foxes' Championship title winning campaign with 12 goals and 14 assists.

Brighton are contemplating a fresh bid for the 25-year-old, who has been at Leicester since the age of eight.

He is also keen for Deniz Undav to remain, although Stuttgart are eager to take up their PS20million buy option on the German forward.
