Chelsea look reluctant to sell a couple of their attackers this summer.

Because of profit and sustainability rules, the Blues may have to offload some of their players when the transfer window opens.

However, it looks like at least two names will definitely be off limits once trading starts.

One player who could be departing Stamford Bridge, though, is Conor Gallagher. It has been claimed that Newcastle United scouts watched him play in Chelsea's 4-3 win against Manchester United earlier this month as his contract continues to run down.

The midfielder will be a free agent in 2025, giving Chelsea a decision to make this summer.

For example, according to journalist Ben Jacobs, the Blues are not looking to sell either Mykhailo Mudryk or Noni Madueke this summer.

Speaking about the PS100,000-a-week (Spotrac) Ukraine international and his team-mate in his column for Si Phillips Talks Chelsea, he said: "Mykhailo Mudryk and Noni Madueke are not outgoings Chelsea are planning for, despite some rumours.

"They are two examples of players the club expects to get better with every season. Plus, Chelsea would lose money on each if they sold either now."

Will Mykhailo Mudryk get better next season? Mudryk has shown some improvement since joining Chelsea from Shakhtar Donetsk last January.

In his debut season at Stamford Bridge, the 23-year-old wide man was unable to score a single goal.

However, this term, Mudryk has netted six times in all competitions and has also managed to register a couple of assists.

It shows that he is capable of improvement, so you would expect him to get even better next season.

Mudryk is one of Chelsea's most expensive purchases of all time, though. There really needs to be a big jump in his improvement in the 2024/25 campaign.
