From the official FSA.Org website:
We are at a pivotal point in the women's game, and the launch of the FSA's Women's Game Strategy aims to cement supporters at the heart of the positive changes that are happening throughout women's football. With significant investment and an ever-growing profile, along with the establishment of a new organisation covering the top two tiers of the women's football pyramid, it is paramount that the supporters' voice is heard as the sport enters a new era.

The publication looks at the challenges and opportunities in relation to that goal over the coming years.
The FSA's Mission is to:
Develop women's football as a whole. Ensure supporters are represented in key decision-making processes within the women's game. Push for positive change, change narratives and give women's football the profile it deserves. Head of women's football at the FSA Deborah Dilworth said: "We have become a trusted source, working with stakeholders from acrossthe game to advocate for matchgoers across all levels. The next couple of years will be huge markers for the women's game with the implementation of the Carney Review and NewCo's launch.
"Women's football is growing at such a fast pace and it is our job to ensure fans' voices are heard. We will support, train and develop our volunteers so they are ready to be at the heart of their clubs - and a key stakeholder in decision making at a local and national level."
