Chelsea defender Trevoh Chalobah could very well be West Ham United bound in the summer transfer window.

Trevoh Chalobah has been a transfer target for West Ham for some time now, most recently back in January when the Chelsea ace was linked with a move to the London Stadium.

He remained at Stamford Bridge in the end, and David Moyes failed to strengthen his defensive ranks as a result.

The Hammers are now in the dawn of an exciting new era, with Julen Lopetegui set to replace Moyes.

Kurt Zouma is well past his best physically, whilst Nayef Aguerd is painfully ill-suited to the Premier League and Konstantinos Mavropanos is still yet to prove himself.

He's quick along the ground, strong in the air and vitally for Lopetegui, he has experience of playing Premier League football! In 13 Premier League appearances for Chelsea this season, the centre-back averaged 1.2 tackles and 3.8 clearances per game (Who Scored).

Chalobah can play in the defensive midfield role, as well as his main position at centre-back, so the PS25 million fee being quoted for him would represent a fantastic deal for the Hammers.

He needs to join a club this summer where he's going to be playing pretty much every single week.
