Reports have claimed that Mauricio Pochettino is now happy for Chelsea to sell Trevoh Chalobah this summer.

According to the Mirror, the manager is now in full control of transfers at Stamford Bridge after an impressive start to life in the hotseat.

Chalobah is yet to feature for the Blues this season, after picking up an injury in pre-season during the tour of the United States.

However, even if he was fit his route to the first team looks extremely challenging based on the players in his role.

Axel Disasi missed his first game of the season at the weekend against Arsenal due to an injury concern, however her has impressed greatly since his summer signing.

Pochettino ready to sell Chalobah He was brought in off the back of Wesley Fofana's long-term injury, with the money spent on the former Leicester City player leaving them praying he comes good in West London.

With Thiago Silva, Benoit Badiashile and Levi Colwill all competing for minutes at the back, Chalobah is surely surplus to requirements.

All of the reports recently have suggested that the January transfer window could see the end of the academy graduate's time at the club.

It is probably unlikely Chelsea get the fee they were looking for last summer, when they were holding out for a fee of PS50m amid interest from Bayern Munich.

It has been claimed that the German champions are one of the sides who are still showing interest in signing Chalobah when the transfer window opens again.
