Since the 2008 Abu Dhabi takeover of Manchester City, a significant number of top players have represented the club.
In addition to that, numerous trophies have been lifted and placed into the club's cabinet at the Etihad Stadium as City have established themselves as a dominant force in England and Europe.
Specifically, under the reign of Sheikh Mansour, the Citizens have won 10 Premier League titles, three FA Cups, six League Cups and one Champions League, UEFA SuperCup and FIFA Club World Cup.
While lots of players have moved in and out of the Manchester club since then, one of City's former stars has now been hailed by a current Premier League player.

He said: "David Silva, we'll go two. What a player he was."

Having won four Premier League titles with the Blues, the former midfielder was commemorated with a statue outside the Etihad after he left the club in recognition of his efforts for the team.
Back in February, Phil Foden said that he used to idolise Silva when he was a young player and considered it to be a dream come true that he was able to play with the Spaniard when they were both part of Pep Guardiola's side.
Even though Gallagher has no connection to City, the fact that he placed Silva so high in this particular ranking and said how much he admired the former midfielder goes to show the impact and legacy he's had in English football.
