Chelsea have won the race for Leicester City midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall.
Brighton & Hove Albion were also interested in signing Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall this summer.
However, the 25-year-old is now set to join Chelsea after having a medical with the Blues on Sunday.
Enzo Maresca will be delighted, with Dewsbury-Hall being a key player for him at Leicester last season. In total, the Englishman made 44 appearances under the Italian in the Championship.
Brighton, though, are far from happy with this move.
The Seagulls looked very close to signing him, with the Leicester academy player having already passed a medical with them.

However, they have been gazumped by Chelsea, who will be satisfied with the start that they have made to the transfer window.
While the club are yet to sign a striker, they have brought in Tosin Adarabioyo and Omari Kellyman and have agreed a deal with Palmeiras to sign Estevao Willian.
Why was there so much interest in Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall? Dewsbury-Hall had a very good season in the Championship last term.
Across the 44 games he played, he managed to score 12 goals and provide 14 assists.
Dewsbury-Hall has Premier League experience as well and can play in the middle of the park and as an attacking midfielder.
He has a lot of good qualities and does not have a crazy price tag. It is not hard to see, then, why both Chelsea and Brighton like him.
Unfortunately for the latter, though, they are not going to get their hands on his signature this summer. And they seem really frustrated about that fact.
As for Chelsea, again, with Dewsbury-Hall having given Maresca so much last season, the 44-year-old will be happy about this reunion.
