The journalist further points out that new Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca is looking to bring Leicester City star Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall to West London, which could potentially see Gallagher become surplus to requirements.

I have no doubt that Tottenham will test Chelsea's resolve with an offer but whether that is enough to convince the Blues and the midfielder, remains to be seen.
