One club are pushing to make a big windfall from a Chelsea player that they literally paid pennies for just a year ago, at least pennies in football terms, not to your average Joe.
Chelsea were on a massive selling spree last summer, and it looked like they got so caught up in selling so many players that they forgot to agree a reasonable fee to sell one of them at least!
EXCLUSIVE! Chelsea now keen on signing versatile Bayern Munich attacker this summer! Callum Hudson-Odoi joined Nottingham Forest for just PS3.5m last September, as Fabrizio Romano confirmed at the time (see lower down the article). That is an absolute snip of a price for a player who was not long ago in the England senior squad and was doing very well for Chelsea before his injuries.

According to The Athletic, Nottingham Forest might now sell Hudson-Odoi this transfer window, should a club reach their valuation of him.
Incredibly, they are looking to get PS40m for the winger, which would be a massive PS36.5m of profit IF any club does pay it, which admittedly does seem unlikely.
The report states at least three clubs, including some from the Premier League, have registered an interest in signing Hudson-Odoi. They value him in excess of PS40 million.
Hudson-Odoi has had a pretty good season at Forest though, but I think PS40m at the moment is a bit of a stretch. Even still, whatever they do end up selling him, IF they end up selling him of course, it will be a big profit compared to the ridiculously low fee that Chelsea somehow agreed to sell him for.
Yes, he had just a year left on his contract when Chelsea sold him, but there is no way anyone can convince me that they should not and could not be getting more than PS3.5m for him, that's just absurd.
I'll be watching this one with interest to see what he does end up going for, if he goes at all.
