Everton may be one of the clubs that have submitted a bid to sign Chelsea striker Armando Broja this summer as Fabrizio Romano has shared his statement.
The journalist took to Twitter on 2 July to quote the Albania striker, who recently featured at Euro 2024, where he admitted that there have been offers made for him from the Premier League.
The Toffees are expected to intensify their pursuit of the 22-year-old striker with a fee of PS25million likely to be enough to satisfy Chelsea to part ways with him. [AS on 12 June]
Broja said: "It's true, I have offers from Serie A, Bundesliga and Premier League.
"Staying at Chelsea? It is an option; I still have a contract here."
Everton must look at alternatives and not have Armando Broja as the primary target The Toffees could indeed be one of the clubs Broja is referring to, given their reported interest in the Chelsea striker.
They are in need of attacking reinforcements, especially with Dominic Calvert-Lewin's injury concerns along with his future being a doubt and Broja fits the profile of a young, promising forward.
However, any deal to sign him won't be easy as Broja's statement suggests that he has multiple offers from different leagues, which indicates that the Merseyside outfit might face stiff competition for his signature.

This could drive up the price or lead to a bidding war, which the Toffees might not be able to afford given their financial constraints.
His performance at Chelsea has been underwhelming, with only three goals in 38 games and he went on loan at Fulham in the second half of the season and failed to find the back of the net even once.

While he has shown potential, his lack of consistent output raises questions about his ability to make an immediate impact at Goodison Park.
