Archie Gray has become Ange Postecoglou's latest signing at Tottenham Hotspur after joining from Leeds United and Chelsea new boy Omari Kellyman has reacted to the news.

The talented youngster has penned a six-year deal with Spurs and is widely viewed as one of England's best prospects.

Joe Rodon has headed the other way as part of the deal after a successful season-long loan spell at Elland Road.

Tottenham have beaten the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City to Archie Gray's signature.

Former Spurs man Jamie O'Hara has already lauded the signing as 'brilliant' and it would appear that both Yannick Bolasie and Omari Kellyman are also fans of the move.

He wrote: "So grateful to be at this massive club, I am so excited for this opportunity and can't wait to get started and give my all for Tottenham and play in front of you fans, see you all soon. COYS."

Gray's post led to a host of current and former players congratulating him on the move, including Kellyman, who recently completed a switch to Chelsea from Aston Villa.

Former Crystal Palace star Bolasie also wrote: "Congrats bro on the move, what a player, what a future ahead, wishing you all the best."

The 18-year-old admitted he's a massive Celtic fan and naturally already admires Postecoglou after the Aussie's successful spell in Glasgow.

"Another thing is that it's a massive project under Ange and it's something I want to be part of," Gray said.

"I'm not going to lie to you I'm a massive Celtic fan so I love him and my whole family loves him. I haven't really said this to be fair, but he's a massive factor because playing under a really good manager is really important for me as well."

Gray made 52 appearances at Leeds last season and his impressive displays have ultimately earned him a huge move to Tottenham.

His versatility will be a huge plus for Postecoglou, with the Aussie on the lookout for additions at right-back and in midfield - two positions Gray is comfortable playing in.
