In Enzo Maresca's strongest Premier League side, a number of players have established themselves as undroppable at this stage.

Levi Colwill is certainly one of those who has proven himself to be a star, with his performances seriously improving from the prior campaign.

Noni Madueke has also forced himself into Maresca's side after not starting the season, with him remaining in the Premier League side since that moment.

Four goals this season for Madueke is certainly helping him keep his starting place, however he is putting in a big shift going the other way too.

Colwill praises Madueke's defensive work-rate Colwill told Chelsea's YouTube channel that the winger's defensive work-rate is 'the best thing in the world'.

He said: "Yeah, I love when I see it from Noni, because everything he does attacking is him, it's down to him, you know. We all know he's going to beat his man nine out of 10 times.

"And I trust him. I can close my eyes when the ball goes to him because I know something is going to happen, but defensively, you know, as wingers and attackers, they sometimes lack that bit, and they don't do it as much for the team as you need, which with him, it has been both sides.

"And, for a defender, that's the best thing in the world to see. And I want him to score loads of goals and assist loads of goals when he's doing that stuff because he deserves it."

Full-backs invert under Enzo Maresca The system Maresca has installed at Stamford Bridge means the wide players do need to put the work in, with the full-backs inverting at times.

This has helped to see a new side to Marc Cucurella and Malo Gusto, with Renato Veiga also proving very competent at this level after joining over the summer.

The Portuguese international impressed on international duty a few days ago, and is in line to start just his second Premier League game against Liverpool this weekend after suspensions.
