There has now been a big development which comes proof that Tottenham Hotspur have already appointed a new chief commercial officer to take the place of the departing Todd Kline.

He never managed to achieve that and it emerged earlier this year that Kline had vacated his position at Spurs to take over at Chelsea.

The outlet points out that in the recently held Leaders Week, which is the biggest annual conference for sport business professionals, one of the attendees listed was the 'chief commercial officer for Tottenham Hotspur'.

The conference took place in London last week, which means that the executives who attended the function will be aware of who Kline's successor is, although it is yet to be officially confirmed by the club.
