Chelsea head coach Enzo Maresca returns to Leicester City this weekend for the first time since leaving the Foxes in the summer.
Enzo Maresca, 44, spent a brief but successful year as the Leicester manager. The Italian coach guided them to promotion from the Championship in the 2023/24 season as title winners.
Following his success at the King Power Stadium, Maresca departed the East Midlands to take the position as the Chelsea manager.
So far, the Blues boss has been a big success at Stamford Bridge. His side go into Saturday's trip to Leicester sitting third in the Premier League table, but they're desperate for three points because there's a cluster of clubs right on their tail.
When discussing Maresca back in February this year, Winks told talkSPORT: "He's a manager who I think will certainly go to the very top. His understanding of football is something I've never witnessed before."
Based off his impressive start at Chelsea, Maresca definitely looks like he's on a steep upward trajectory to the top. Hopefully, he can get there with the Blues!
