Big change as Mark Robins names his Coventry City team to face Stoke at the CBS Arena

Mark Robins has made four changes to his Coventry City side to face in-form Stoke with the big news being first choice goalkeeper Ben Wilson has been dropped and replaced by understudy Brad Collins.

The summer signing from Barnsley will make his Championship debut for the Sky Blues, having only previously played one other competitive game at the start of the season against AFC Wimbledon in the league cup. His inclusion brings an end to a 61 game unbroken run for Wilson.

Also out, understandably, is Kyle McFadzean following the loss of his mum earlier in the week, which means a formation switch to 4-3-3 with Joel Latibeaudiere at right-back and Jake Bidwell coming in for Jay Dasilva at left-back. Bobby Thomas and Liam Kitching continue their central defensive partnership from the second half of last week's defeat at Preston.

The midfield three sees Josh Eccles restored to the starting line-up alongside Ben Sheaf and Jamie Allen while the forward line sees Haji Wright an Ellis Simms either side of Matty Godden in an attacking system that includes all three fit strikers.

City: Brad Collins; Joel Latibeaudiere, Bobby Thomas, Liam Kitching, Jake Bidwell; Josh Eccles, Ben Sheaf, Jamie Allen; Ellis Simms, Matty Godden, Haji Wright.

Subs: Ben Wilson (GK), Luis Binks, Jay Dasilva, Callum O'Hare, Tatsuhiro Sakamoto, Liam Kelly, Yasin Ayari, Milan van Ewijk.
