Journalist Ryan Taylor has now shared that Marc Guehi remains a leading centre-back target for Tottenham Hotspur ahead of January.
Taylor was speaking on the 'Spurs Chat Podcast' and was detailing Tottenham's long-standing interest in Guehi.
Speaking on the podcast, Taylor said: "Another name that you haven't mentioned is Marc Guehi. From what I understand he is one of the leading centre-back targets.
"It's pretty obvious that Palace are not going to give him up without demanding an excessive fee, however, he's really appreciated by Spurs.
"Obviously, Johan Lange has just come in now, but I think Guehi's a player that's been tracked by Tottenham for some time now.
"He was really appreciated by Paratici, who is of course still involved with the club on a consultancy basis I believe.

"So, a lot of their targets are being carried over from previous windows, particularly in the summer when Ange wanted to bring in a second centre-back."
Taylor says Tottenham remain very interested in Crystal Palace's Marc Guehi Of course, Taylor mentioning Ange Postecoglou's desire for another centre-back in the summer is now particularly pertinent.
Eric Dier and Ben Davies ended up having a difficult afternoon at Wolves, failing to inspire a progressive performance.
However, it is very clear that Tottenham could use a player like Guehi in their squad.
And although a price tag of around PS50m has been mentioned in the past, Palace are likely to demand a higher fee.
However, Taylor's admission that all at Tottenham seem to be in such unison over Guehi's quality, could mean a deal is still possible.
Perhaps if Guehi did arrive, then he may even end up displacing Cristian Romero from the starting eleven.
Micky van de Ven's position in the back line is certainly not up for debate when he's back fit.
However, Romero has now proved that he can still be a liability under Postecoglou, despite an incredibly promising start.
There's certainly a lot on the agenda for Daniel Levy and his manager in January.
And it'll be interesting to see if Spurs do act in the short-term, or prefer to slowly build their squad regardless of the set-backs they are now experiencing.
