Rolling With The Punches launched today on podcast streaming platforms, with the show hosted by Richard Popple.
Mr Popple is a writer, theatre-maker and performer from Ipswich and he has supported the club since the early 90s.
The Ipswich Town story is documented across six thirty minute episodes, featuring in-depth interviews and archived footage to explore the events on and off the pitch during the club's fluctuating journey over the past twenty years.
The series begins in early 2021 during one of the lowest points in Town's history.
Mr Popple said: "When Town were promoted in 2023 from League One, the whole town came together to celebrate.
"It felt like an enormous moment. We hadn't seen scenes like that in Ipswich since 2000, when we were last promoted.
"However the following day, it was back to normal. The town was quiet and empty.
"I grew up in Ipswich during the 90's and early 00's.

"The town, like many of its kind around the country, has been in decline for a number of years and I wondered what the role of the football club was in the town fortunes."
Producer Jonny Firth from 2020 Recordings said that Rolling With The Punches stands out amongst the many unscripted, reactive football podcasts due to the "insightful and personable approach" they take to see how clubs operate and why it matters.
He said: "We are telling stories of the people, places and histories around these much-loved institutions to gauge their influence and to highlight the power football clubs have in their local areas."
The podcast has now launched and is available on all podcast streaming platforms.
