The 23-year-old is undergoing his medical on Sunday as he nears a move to the King Power Stadium.

Personal terms have been agreed between the midfielder and the Foxes as he prepares to join the Premier League newboys.

The transfer is expected to cost Leicester PS20million plus add-ons as Ange Postecoglou has deemed Skipp surplus to requirements.

Skipp is under contract with Spurs until 2027, but the club have decided to cut their losses on him.

Football Insider revealed that Tottenham are plotting a PS20million move for Manuel Locatelli, who could be Skipp's direct replacement.
