New manager Steve Cooper will send out his first competitive Leicester City starting XI on Monday night as the Foxes kick off their Premier League campaign at home against Tottenham.
The Leicester City side will have a different feel to it against Tottenham, with last season's best player Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall having left for Chelsea.
Steve Cooper is also very different stylistically from Enzo Maresca; the manager from whom he has taken over and will manage Dewsbury-Hall at Stamford Bridge.
Five signings have been made despite financial concerns, with Facundo Bounanotte having now joined on loan following the arrivals of Abdul Fatawu, Michael Golding, Bobby De Cordova-Reid and Caleb Okoli.
Cooper still wants more, but he will have to make do with what he's got as he looks to devise a plan to beat Tottenham at the King Power.
Leicester City team and injury news for Tottenham clash Unfortunately for Cooper his small squad has been depleted by three injuries ahead of the new season.
Jamie Vardy still an important player despite being 37 but has not played since the first friendly of pre-season against Villarreal and will again be absent against Spurs.
This blow has been compounded by the news that fellow striker Patson Daka will also be out, with the Zambian now expected to miss the first few months of the season after Cooper confirmed he has now had surgery on an ankle injury sustained in the 3-0 friendly defeat against Lens.
That means 21-year-old Tom Cannon is the only natural striker available to Cooper, but the youngster was snubbed following Daka's injury as winger Stephy Mavididi instead replaced Daka to play as a centre-forward.
Those two aside, experienced centre-back Conor Coady is also out, with a hamstring injury meaning he is likely to be absent until the end of August.
In goal, Mads Hermansen will reprise the starting role he held last season, whilst Cooper may well favour James Justin and Victor Kristiansen at full-back.
With Coady injured, the Leicester boss must decide between Jannik Vestergaard and PS12 million summer arrival Caleb Okoli to line up alongside Faes at the heart of the back four.
Okoli may well have played his way out of the side with a really poor display in the defeat to Lens to end pre-season, meaning Vestergaard could resume his partnership with Faes from last season.
The Dane is certainly capable and impressed Danish media with his performance against Serbia in the Euros, who described Vestergaard as "the king of the airspace" before claiming: "Denmark's best player by far.
"Won all of his aerial duels, and it was important, because the game in the air was the Serbian's best.
"Ahead of the back four, Harry Winks and Wilfred Ndidi should play in the midfield and Cooper may be tempted to add Hamza Choudhury in to tighten up the middle of the pitch given the lack of striker.
In attack, Fatawu and Mavididi could play wide with De Cordova-Reid playing as a centre-forward in a fluid frontline that allows Fatawu and Mavididi to both play on their favoured sides.
With that in mind, here is how we expect Leicester to line up against Tottenham on Monday night.
Leicester (4-3-3): Hermansen; Justin, Vestergaard, Faes, Kristiansen; Winks, Ndidi, Choudhury; Fatawu, De Cordova-Reid, Mavididi.
