Chelsea have reportedly decided on their 'prime target' in attack, at least that is according to one journalist today.

We know that Chelsea are expected to be active in the January transfer window coming up, as well as the summer window after that. We don't expect them to be anywhere near as busy as the last three transfer windows, especially the summer just gone, but they will still be busy in terms of transfer moves.

January is a busy period coming up for all clubs, and Chelsea have been linked to wanting a new striker. They might have to wait until the summer to do so, but most reports suggest January would be their ideal.

Journalist Fraser Fletcher has today claimed it is Napoli striker Victor Osimhen who tops Chelsea's target list for strikers, and he is who they want 'first and foremost' ahead of other targets.
