Manchester City target Valentin Barco may continue to impress at Boca Juniors, but his attitude is now raising questions in the Argentine media.
The youngster is being criticised following a situation with Edinson Cavani in the last game against Talleres. There, the midfielder exaggeratedly complained about a play from the former Manchester United striker, who ended up becoming fed up after being told off by a much younger footballer.
On ESPN, former Boca Juniors player Oscar Ruggeri talked abobut the situation. Quoted by Bolavip, he claimed Barco must learn how to behave, otherwise he'll have other problems in the future.
"Barco has to correct those little things. He's a little boy who needs to be taught, otherwise he'll hit the wall. Do you think that yesterday, in the dressing room, Cavani took a bath and left?"

- Argentina Gol (@BocaJrsGol) October 16, 2023 "I thought he was going to hit him, it makes you angry. To be honest, you ask me how the boy plays and I say he plays very well. But this has to be corrected. If he was 30-years-old, what would you tell him? This kid has to learn these things because otherwise he's going to have a bad time. Because when Barco gets a slump like most of us who started out, he's going to be taken by the big boys."
The very same story from Bolavip recalls that Barco has been heavily linked to Manchester City, who are expected to arrive with a bid for him in the near future.
The rumours of a move to Europe have gone a little quiet over the past week or so, and that's no surprise, since Boca Juniors are qualified for the Copa Libertadores final and can't get involved in that type of business right now.
Barco continues to show huge potential, though, and the interest from Manchester City seems completely reasonable.
