The model, 28, cut a casual figure in a beige Alo sweatshirt, teamed with matching tracksuit bottoms.

She accessorised with dainty gold jewellery and a shoulder bag, while carrying a pastry back to her PS230k Aston Martin DBX 4x4.

Meanwhile, Jack appeared to get a helping hand while walking through a luxury hotel in Dubai, as he let his hair down on a well-earned sunshine break.

One witness at Dubai's 5-star Jumeirah Beach Hotel told The Sun: "It was shocking to see Jack looking so refreshed at 6.30pm, but after everything he's been through he deserved a kick-back.'

While the childhood sweethearts tend to keep their relationship on the down low, Sasha couldn't help but show off Jack, 28.

Sasha and Jack put on a loved-up display after the game, cuddling arm-in-arm while posing for a picture to capture the memorable moment.

Jack led Manchester City's celebrations into the early hours of this morning alongside his fellow players.

The star was seen sporting a PS2,000 outfit and posted a video of him singing Natasha Bedingfield's Unwritten as the party at a Greek restaurant went on until 5am.

There were wild scenes at the final whistle at 6pm yesterday as jubilant fans stormed the pitch at the Etihad Stadium and flares were let off outside pubs in the city.
