Real Madrid star Rodrygo has been 'advised' to make a move to Manchester City this summer after the La Liga club signed Kylian Mbappe according to Spanish outlet Sport.
It's believed the Brazilian international is concerned over his future playing time after the French striker's arrival, and Carlo Ancelotti's attempt to allay his fears have done little to calm the 23-year-old, who could see a move to the Premier League as an enticing option with Man City said to be an 'ideal destination' for the star.
His 17 goals and nine assists last season would no doubt translate into a very real threat in English football, and the star, who is reportedly valued at PS188m according to CIES Football Observatory, could be another brilliant attacking option at Pep Guardiola's disposal, joining the likes of Phil Foden, Jack Grealish, Jeremy Doku and Bernardo Silva.
Elsewhere, Man City have reportedly been offered the chance to recruit one of Erik ten Hag's out-of-favour attacking players from rivals Manchester United in the form of Jadon Sancho.
The 24-year-old, who signed for Borussia Dortmund from City in the summer of 2017 for a fee said to be in the region of PS8m, could see a stunning return to the blue side of Manchester after his loan spell back at the Bundesliga in the backend of last season allowed him to show glimpses of what the Red Devils have been missing out on since his argument with Ten Hag last September saw him exiled from the squad.
Sancho helped Dortmund reach the Champions League final, where they fell short to Real Madrid, but could see a swap to City this summer where he still has close friends, including striker Erling Haaland from when the pair linked up in Germany. According to Man City insider 'Tolmie's Hairdoo' on X, out-of-favour Sancho has now been offered to Etihad Stadium recruitment bosses in recent weeks.
Chelsea are also eyeing up a move for Man City target and Leeds United star Archie Gray this summer, with the Whites thought to want over PS30 million for the 18-year-old according to the Telegraph.
After his stellar displays for the Whites saw them just fall short of promotion to the Premier League, having lost in the play-off final to Southampton at Wembley last month, Gray has been on the radar of many teams throughout the country and is touted as one of the brightest young talents in English football.
