Manchester City star Bernardo Silva has had a lot to smile about recently.
In addition to winning his sixth Premier League trophy with Pep Guardiola's side last season and having his first child with his wife, the midfielder recently scored the winning penalty to put Portugal into the quarter-finals of the 2024 European Championship.
Having drawn 0-0 after extra time against Slovenia, the following penalty shootout saw Cristiano Ronaldo, Bruno Fernandes and then Silva find the back of the net to secure Portugal's place in the next stage of the tournament.
Now though, the City star has taken to social media to not only commemorate Tuesday's victory but to also poke fun at one of his international teammates who happens to be one of his club rivals.

The caption to the post saw the City star say this about the Manchester United midfielder.
He said: "With my friend and penalty professor Bruno Penandes."
Silva needed Fernandes' penalty magic earlier this season With Fernandes scoring 54 penalties for club and country throughout his career, even though Silva's post was a light-hearted tongue-in-cheek one, there's no denying that the United star is a very capable penalty-taker.
As most City fans will remember, Silva missed a crucial penalty for the Blues during the penalty shootout against Real Madrid in the quarter-finals of last season's Champions League.
While many will have enjoyed seeing Silva, who Pat Nevin claimed had a quiet game against Slovenia, insinuate that Fernandes is a penalty merchant, this is an area of his game he may need to improve on if he finds himself having to take one for his club in the future.
