Micah Hamilton has left Manchester City to join Middlesbrough on a permanent deal.
Boro completed the majority of their summer transfer business early in the window, giving Michael Carrick plenty of time to embed his new additions.
Luke Ayling returned to the Riverside on a free transfer while Delano Burgzorg and Aidan Morris joined ahead of pre-season.
However, the club have finally made another senior signing this month.
Micah Hamilton has joined Middlesbrough from Manchester City for PS3.
5m.
Part of that fee will be paid in add-ons and it is understood City have a buy-back clause in the agreement.
After Hamilton completed his transfer to Teesside, Boro News have taken a look at three winners and three losers from the move.

MORE BORO STORIESHamilton had previously made just three senior appearances for Manchester City and was expected to struggle for first-team minutes at the Etihad given their plethora of quality attacking talent.
The likes of Phil Foden, Kevin De Bruyne, Bernardo Silva and Jeremey Doku were all keeping the youngster out of Pep Guardiola's eleven.
However, after Middlesbrough spent over PS3m on Hamilton, he is expected to become a regular starter once he settles in at the Riverside.
The Englishman is 20 years of age and at a crucial stage of his career where he simply has to start playing regular senior football in order to continue his development, and he will get that chance at Boro.
As for Carrick, it was reported recently that Middlesbrough want to strengthen on the right-wing and the club have acted quickly to get a deal done.
Hamilton has plenty of potential and could prove to be one of the signings of the summer transfer window.
Unlike in previous windows, Carrick will also not have to say goodbye to Hamilton like he had to with so many talents in 2023 as Boro have, somewhat surprisingly, been able to secure a permanent transfer, rather than a loan switch.
The final winner from the Hamilton transfer is Emmanuel Latte Lath, who should benefit greatly from the winger's addition.
The Ivorian struggled to score goals early in the 2023/24 Championship season but the arrival of Hamilton should see more chances created for Boro's star striker this term.
The Manchester-born starlet has all the qualities needed to shine on the pitch with his quick feet and electrifying pace likely to make him a delight to watch.
However, there are set to be three losers following the player's transfer from Man City.
The first is academy star Sonny Finch, who looked set to break into the first-team in 2024/25 after impressing out of position on the right in pre-season.
But Hamilton's addition now means he will likely compete with Isaiah Jones in that area, seeing Finch's chances of playing regularly reduced.
Alex Gilbert and Josh Coburn are in similar situations now Hamilton has moved to the North East.
The City academy graduate can play all across the attacking midfield areas, which means Carrick will probably use him ahead of Gilbert, who only made 12 league appearances in 2023/24 anyway.
As for Coburn, Hamilton's arrival will allow Marcus Forss to play is his more natural striker role when he returns, instead of out wide.
The Finn will be ahead of Coburn in the centre-forward pecking order and as Middlesbrough are set to sign Tommy Conway, Coburn will now struggle even more to start matches.
