Lauryn Goodman has rubbished rumours her four-year-old son Kairo has only met his dad, footballer Kyle Walker, four times in a defiant statement on Instagram

Lauryn Goodman has shocked fans by filming her son talking about his dad, Kyle Walker.

The Celebs Go Dating star, 33, shares Kairo, four, and daughter, Kinara, one, with the Man City star, 34, who fathered both children while he was in a relationship with Annie Kilner.

There have been reports that Kyle has only met Kairo four times, with suggestions Lauryn's behaviour is to blame for the footballer's distant relationship with their two kids.

However, taking to Instagram, the Celebs Go Dating star rubbished the claims as she recalled a conversation with Kairo and Kyle, which her son had reminded her about. In audio shared this week, her young son could be heard sharing advice his dad had given him about brushing his teeth.

Instagram) Kairo said: "Brush your teeth or they will be yellow and disgusting." Lauryn can then be heard asking: "Who said that?" to which the toddler replied: "My daddy." "When did he say that?" Lauryn then queried, prompting Kairo to respond: "When I was [inaudible] England. He said if you get yellow teeth they are disgusting."

Lauryn continued: "For those that don't get my sarcasm, the 'four times' comment isn't true. What I have to listen to. Our reality. His memory like I said is a blessing and a curse [broken hearted emoji]. The fact he's jogged my memory to this, bless him."

When speaking about Kyle's relationship with Kairo and Kinara, the footballer's rep told the Mirror: "The way Lauryn has behaved towards Annie and her children has made it impossible for Kyle to forge an emotional relationship with them without protecting the privacy of his own family."

However, Lauryn has claimed the England ace does have a relationship with his children, which she says is shown in photos published of Kyle in the park with Kairo and Kinara.

Taken before Lauryn lost her recent court case to mark out the financial arrangement for herself and her kids, Kyle was spotted playing in the park with his son and ex-mistress.

The cosy snaps saw Kyle lifting his son on to a slide while the four-year-old lovingly gripped on to his dad. It was reported that the footballer and Lauryn met up at a park in Cheshire, with sources close to the mum-of-two describing it as 'the perfect day'.

The candid photos, which also included Kinara sleeping in her PS1500 Egg2 buggy, made the situation for Kyle's wife, Annie, "impossible" according to a source close to the mum of four.

They told the Mirror: "It has gotten worse with stories appearing every day and Lauryn posting regularly on her social media. It's become impossible for Annie and the kids to ignore. Even though they don't follow her, it gets repeated online and then discussed on huge social media platforms like TikTok which is available to a lot of children and it's beginning to take a toll on them."
