Aside from whether Manchester City will be able to win their fifth Premier League title in a row this season, one of the biggest questions surrounding the club is the verdict regarding their alleged 115 financial breaches.
It was reported by Sky Sports News that the hearing involving City's alleged financial wrongdoings from 2009 to 2018 will begin on Monday.
Pep Guardiola revealed that he was looking forward to a conclusion emerging about the case after being asked about the hearing in a recent press conference.
Guardiola said via HaytersTV: "Starts soon, hopefully finishes soon. Independent panel will decide and looking forward to the decision."
The PS378,846-a-week man went on to state: "I am not a laywer. There are many lawyers in this country and in Spain. There are many lawyers but I wait, we are going to wait and we are going to see."
"No [we never talk about the financial charges]. I said, I am not a lawyer, Erling [Haaland] is not a lawyer, no, so, we don't talk about that. What's going to happen, independent panel [will decide] and we are going to accept the sentence."

However, how the players felt after first hearing about the charges made by the Premier League in February 2023 within the Etihad Stadium remains the intriguing question.
Instead, the players have merely focused on their respective jobs on the pitch.
As Pep Guardiola stated, the City players and even he cannot have much of a say on the financial charges as it is not their area of expertise.
The Sky Blues have certainly done well not to get distracted by the constant noise surrounding the case - winning the treble and another league title since then.
However, Al-Nassr and former Manchester City centre-back Aymeric Laporte has broken his silence on the message laid out to him and his former teammates about the allegations by CEO Ferran Soriano and sporting director Txiki Begiristain.
Laporte told The Daily Mail: "When I was there and the news broke, the sporting director and the CEO came and told all the players and staff that we can all be very calm because not one rule has been broken by Man City."
"They told us everything was fine so that's why we all think City will be fine. I don't think there will be any issues."
"Like Pep Guardiola always says, if something wrong has been done, they will have to pay for it."
In October last year, it was claimed that Manchester City insiders are calm about the 115 financial breaches that have been levelled against them as the club do not feel they have broken any rules.
Aymeric Laporte revelation should calm Man City fans down Manchester City supporters will have their fingers crossed about their club being deemed innocent at the end of this much-publicised case.
Laporte's revelation indicates that City are indeed confident that they have a strong case for why the allegations placed against them are far from the truth around how they operate financially.
As a result, the Sky Blues fans worldwide certainly have a reason to feel calmer.
However, only time will tell whether Manchester City's confidence is well-placed.
The club will be hoping to prove their innocence and continue to focus on matters on the pitch.
