Divine Mukasa says City's Under-18s have seen positive results on the pitch because of the hard work and energy of the coaching staff.
The midfielder, in his second season in sky blue in the Club's Academy, scored two goals in City's 4-1 triumph over Brighton in the Under-18 Premier League Cup on Saturday.
The 17-year-old is on an impressive personal run of form after scoring five goals in six games in all competitions for the Under-18s.
He's been a key figure in City's engine room as Oliver Reiss's side picked up a fourth successive win before the October international break.

And Mukasa explained how much he is enjoying the challenges him and the team face and the way the coaching staff have helped the team to progress at a quick rate this season.
"We are buzzing with the result," began Mukasa. "We knew before the game that this would be one of our harder games and I think we showed that we can compete against good teams as well.
"In terms of my goals, I think the way the team [City] plays, both my goals I was found from the other side [of the pitch] so I've got to give credit to Ryan [McAidoo] and Rhys [Thomas] who develops the play on that side and switching it over to me.
"I think as I said last time [after Nottingham Forest win] the amount of talent we have in the team, as long as we maintain high energy we can win.
"The coaching staff help us with that too especially in training they motivate us a lot.
"And then we just continue our standards in the game."
