Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly told the Al-Nassr board to make an offer Kevin de Bruyne cannot refuse.

Ronaldo is a huge fan of the Manchester City midfielder, who is out of contract at the end of the season. The Belgian has spent the last nine-and-a-half years at the Etihad Stadium after his move from Wolfsburg and has since transformed into one of, if not the best attacking midfielder in world football.

During his time at City, De Bruyne has won the Premier League six times, the Champions League, the FA Cup twice and the Carabao Cup on five occasions. He has scored 103 goals and contributed with 171 assists in 388 appearances for City across all competitions and is among the club's greatest-ever players.

However, almost a decade since his arrival, De Bruyne's long-term future is uncertain. The former Chelsea star turns 34 in June and is out of contract next summer. And now, Ronaldo has made a personal plea to his Al-Nassr bosses to try and tempt De Bruyne to make the lucrative switch to Saudi Arabia, as per The Sun.

Ronaldo wants Al-Nassr to 'go all out' for De Bruyne and has stressed the sheer impact his potential arrival could have on the Saudi Pro League. It's added that De Bruyne's representatives were 'discreetly sounded out' last year, though the playmaker is 'perfectly happy' in Manchester and has never pushed to leave.

However, The Sun also add that De Bruyne might find it hard to turn down the incredible figures mentioned. De Bruyne is currently out injured but City bosses plan to sit down with the Belgium international once the time is right. But they are aware that there is 'no chance' they can offer anywhere near the same money as he is being proposed in Saudi Arabia, with Al-Nassr reportedly ready to pay him PS1million-a-week, plus a PS50m signing-on fee.

Speaking on his future back in August, De Bruyne said: "I haven't spoken to anyone, to be honest. There has been a lot of noises and news. I've not been entertained by anybody or spoken to anybody."
