Manchester City are set to see a new face take up a big role at the club in the summer.
Specifically, it was reported during the October international break that City have agreed a deal to see Hugo Viana replace Txiki Begiristain as the club's sporting director.
Viana has been Sporting CP's director since 2018, but will now be taking on his new role at the Etihad Stadium officially over the summer.
In fact, the 41-year-old may not be the only figure from the Portuguese club to join the Blues in the summer, as some behind-the-scenes information has come to light regarding a player the Manchester club have been linked with recently.
He said: "Been told despite a release clause set at EUR100m, there is an agreement that Viktor Gyokeres can leave Sporting CP next summer for EUR60-70m.

"A move in the winter is currently not planned. A transfer in the summer is very likely. In England, Manchester City, Arsenal, Liverpool, and Chelsea are specifically interested in the 26 y/o.
"All of the teams are informed about the transfer agreement. 18 goals and 7 assists this season yet. Top striker."

Viana wants to bring Gyokeres to City Earlier this month, it was reported that Viana had identified Gyokeres as a long-term heir for Erling Haaland and had already contacted the Sporting star's entourage about a potential move to City.
Viana was involved in the deal that saw the striker join Sporting from Coventry City back in the 2023 summer transfer window.
During his time at the Portuguese club, the 26-year-old has appeared in 64 matches across all competitions, bagging 57 assists along the way.
Having been so prolific in front of goal since his arrival in Portugal, it's easy to see why Gyokeres is of interest to so many of the Premier League's top sides.
Now that it has been claimed that the centre-forward has an agreement that he can leave Sporting in the summer for a fee lower than his release clause, this is something that Viana should be looking to take advantage of to help him secure what would be a dream transfer deal for City.
