Manchester United have reportedly set an asking price for Mason Greenwood, with two Champions League sides interested.

Greenwood was the subject of an internal investigation held by United after the Crown Prosecution Service dropped its case against him for attempted rape, assault, and coercive control.

Since moving to Getafe, Greenwood has made 24 appearances across all competitions, scoring seven goals and assisting five.

As a result, Greenwood has been linked with a permanent move away from United in the summer.

According to Fussball News, United want to recoup at least EUR40 million if they are to part ways with the Englishman in the summer transfer window.

It has been claimed that Spanish La Liga giants Barcelona and Atletico Madrid are interested in signing Greenwood when his loan move with Getafe comes to an end at the end of the season.

Speaking after the incident, Getafe boss Jose Bordalas said: "I know the same thing that you know. It's not up to me, it's the club, La Liga and the Federation that have to make an assessment about it.

"The only thing that I can say is that I ask for respect from Mason Greenwood because he is a great guy."

Bordalas added: "He is a man who respects everyone and has exemplary behaviour."

Greenwood and Getafe will be back in action this weekend when they take on Barcelona on Saturday afternoon.
