Transfer: "What would he do at United?"- Man Utd mocked and told PS86million needed for signing

The Catalan media outlet have mentioned that Real Madrid, Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea, Man City, Arsenal and Newcastle are also keen on signing the youngster from Everton.

The Los Blancos have made contact with the Goodison Park outfit to inquire about the situation of the central defender.

However, of all the mentioned clubs, Man Utd are best positioned to sign Branthwaite and are willing to 'bid very hard' for him in the summer.

The departure of French defender, Raphael Varane, was recently confirmed on the other hand, veteran, Harry Maguire, is not convincing.

In such a scenario, Man Utd see Branthwaite as the 'pillar' on which to base their defense.

MD claim that Everton are asking for a fee of more than PS60m (70 million euros) to offload their prized asset in the summer transfer window.

In Britain, the valuation reported in the media is much higher and is around PS80m (The Mail).

The Old Trafford outfit have a goal difference of minus three with just one game to go in the Premier League and have already let in fifty eight goals.

They need a rock solid defender to solve the conundrum at the back. In your view should Man Utd bid over PS60m to sign Jarrad Branthwaite?
