One target for Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal "has everything" as rumours of a move to the Premier League continues to swirl.
This summer promises to be a busy one for all three of these Premier League giants with Arne Slot coming in at Liverpool whilst Erik ten Hag has been given a stay of execution at Manchester United after it looked like the Dutchman would be sacked.
As for Arsenal, the Gunners missed out on the Premier League title on the final day of the season after Manchester City beat West Ham United 3-1 at the Etihad Stadium and a new midfield addition is desired.
All three of these sides are expected to improve this summer and there is a shared interest in SL Benfica midfielder Joao Neves.
HITC has reported that Arsenal and Liverpool like the Portuguese midfielder but they will not trigger the release clause in his contract.
United have also been linked with the midfielder but we reported last month that Neves is looking likely to remain in Portugal this summer.
Neves has a PS102 million release clause in his contract and it is certainly looking unlikely that any side will trigger that release fee.
