The agent of Manchester United attacker Antony has told the Brazilian media his client's priority is playing for the Premier League club next season.
Reports have surfaced in the past week that Manchester United could look to loan out the Brazil international after his poor displays during the last campaign.
There's been speculation over where the 24-year-old will end up and even claims in Brazil say his former Sao Paulo could look to take him on loan.
However, his agent Junior Pedroso has told Jorge Nicola, via Portal Do Sao Paulino, that a move back to his former club isn't an option for the Manchester United player.
Pedroso went on to say Antony's is concentrating on his future with the English club and not a return to his home country. "Talking to President Julio Casares, he assured that there is no possibility of this deal happening, it is something completely out of the reality of Sao Paulo. Antony is not coming back now, his priority is Manchester United," said the agent.
Antony joined Manchester United from Ajax in 2022 and impressed in spells during his debut season at Old Trafford. However, poor form and off field problems resulted in him losing his place in Eric Ten Hag's starting eleven last season.
This has led to reports he could be loaned out and Super Lig giants Besiktas have also been linked in recent days.
Last season the winger made 38 appearances, scoring just three goals.
