Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano recently reported that Manchester United and Manuel Ugarte have agreed on personal terms, taking the first steps toward his move to Old Trafford.

Romano shared that all the contract details are set, and the player is excited to join Manchester United, even though the team isn't in the UEFA Champions League.

While the two clubs attempt to reach a transfer fee agreement, WhoScored.com spotlighted a stat that should catch the Red Devils' attention. The statistical outlet notes that Ugarte made tackles more often than any other player in Ligue 1 last season, averaging one every 19.7 minutes.
