Aston Villa will be left furious with refereeing decisions yet again in the Premier League following their clash with Manchester United.
The Villains were fresh off the back of an electric night at Villa Park in midweek, where they managed to beat Bayern Munich in the Champions League.
With some clear flow and confidence in their play, many would've backed Aston Villa to tear apart a Man United team low on all of the above.
That didn't quite happen though, as Unai Emery's men appeared to lack intensity, not helped by some key injury absences.
The Villa faithful will be far from pleased with refereeing decisions that didn't quite go in their favour in the second half, on top of their other issues in general play.
While it seemingly worked for the Red Devils, it also came with a risk on the disciplinary front throughout.
The referee dished out plenty of yellow cards for fouls from the away side, leaving them light when it came to making challenges later in the match.

Villa may have been unfortunate that United weren't reduced to ten players after a run of fouls from Marcus Rashford.
The England forward was on a yellow card when he made another challenge that could've seen him sent off.
Former Premier League defender Jamie Carragher said on Sky Sports: "He [Rashford] is very lucky. He knows he can't get the ball. That should be a second yellow and Manchester United should be down to ten men."
It's a decision that will infuriate supporters, especially since Sam Morsy should've been sent off against Aston Villa a week prior.
The club have gone from being underdogs to favourites in big games and as a result, teams will look to regularly frustrate them.
It means they need a fresh approach in the Premier League to break down these difficult defences and earn a victory.
In the clash with Man United, a lack of quality was to blame for large parts of a difficult display, but will need to be available for more matches like that in the future, regardless of refereeing decisions.
