Manchester United splashed the cash on signing Joshua Zirkzee over the summer but questions already surround his future at Old Trafford.
Manchester United needed to add more support around Rasmus Hojlund and decided to dip back into the Italian market once again.
United raided Bologna with a deal for Joshua Zirkzee having been impressed with the Dutch striker last season.
United splashed PS36million on Zirkzee and saw him score on his Premier League debut against Fulham.
Zirkzee has struggled ever since though and has now gone 16 games without a goal for United.
Add in the Dutch media criticising Zirkzee's display in this international break and the striker is certainly struggling for form.
United want Ruben Amorim to improve Zirkzee according to recent reports with the club keen to stick by him rather than move him on.

That isn't stopping rumours surrounding Zirkzee's future though.
Reports earlier this weeks suggested that Juventus want to sign Zirkzee if they can't convince Dusan Vlahovic to stay.
That would pave the way for a reunion between Zirkzee and his former Bologna boss Thiago Motta, but it would be a surprise to see United let him go.
Calciomercato now claim that agent Kia Joorabchian has been speaking to Juventus sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli about Zirkzee 'for months'.
Joorabchian is understood to have a strong relationship with Giuntoli and a January loan move to Juve is thought to be a possibility.
It's suggested that Joorabchian is 'moving his pawns' behind the scenes in an attempt to land Zirkzee
Marcus Rashford could unlock Joshua Zirkzee move We just can't see United offloading Zirkzee - even on loan - just months after bringing him to Old Trafford.
If that move to Juve is going to materialise though, we think Marcus Rashford could be the key.
New boss Ruben Amorim plays a 3-4-3 formation and that means just one striker up top, supported by two number 10's in Amorim's system.
Amorim plans to use Rashford up front according to one report, meaning he will be in direct competition with Rasmus Hojlund.
That could push Zirkzee down the third choice and, at that point, United may be open to loaning Zirkzee back to Italy.
Zirkzee would have a chance to play regularly under Motta, helping him find his form again and preserve his value in the market.
Juve may hope that is the case, with Joorabchian allegedly in contact with Giuntoli over a potential deal.
