Chance to shine: Rashford is expected to feature despite a slight injury worry while away with England
ES Composite
The England defender is back in training after recovering from a muscle injury to have ruled him out of action since August.
That will be a major relief for United, who have had to improvise at left-back during the season so far. Fellow full-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka is fit after missing the win over Luton due to illness.
Goalkeeper Andre Onana is also expected to be passed fit for the trip to Goodison Park. The Cameroon international was forced off with a groin issue while representing his country during the international break and duly flew back to Manchester.
There are, however, concerns about Rasmus Hojlund and Christian Eriksen after they pulled out of the Denmark squad who lost to Northern Ireland and beat Slovenia.
Ten Hag has confirmed Hojlund is in with a chance of featuring but Eriksen "will take a little longer" on his return from a knee issue sustained when beating the Hatters.
Casemiro, Lisandro Martinez and Jonny Evans are not expected to play in a game in which United will need to match a white-hot atmosphere.
It is the first time Everton have played since their ten-point deduction from the Premier League for breaching financial fair play rules and fans are expected to protest.
