It's the final day of the Premier League season this Sunday - at that means that the Fantasy Premier League is drawing to a close as well, with mini-leagues up and down the land set to be decided like miniature versions of Manchester City and Arsenal's battle for the title. All of which means just one more weekend for FPL coaches to sweat on injuries and fitness problems - but we're here to help out.

Plenty of key FPL assets are at risk of missing out, with Bukayo Saka, Kevin de Bruyne, Anthony Gordon and Andrew Robertson among the widely-owned players who have those horrible little yellow and orange triangles hovering next to their names on the pick team screen.

Kevin de Bruyne & EdersonPep Guardiola was in typically unhelpful form during his press conference when asked about the availability of Kevin de Bruyne, who limped off with an apparent knock during the 2-0 midweek win over Tottenham Hotspur. He did suggest that the Belgian would train today but simply said that "we will see" whether he is fit to play. He did, at least, provide a more concrete update on goalkeeper Ederson - the Brazilian will miss both of Manchester City's two remaining matches after fracturing his eye socket in a hefty collision with Cristian Romero.

Anthony GordonThe budget-friendly midfielder has been a key player for many FPL teams but may miss out on the final day after picking up an ankle injury against Manchester United in midweek following a challenge which "left a mark on him," as Eddie Howe put it. Howe refused to be drawn on whether he would feature on Sunday, and claimed he was "not 100% sure" how he was feeling. Worth keeping an eye on whether he's seen in training on Friday or Saturday. Howe did say that Callum Wilson, who has been unwell, should be fine to play.

Andrew Robertson & Diogo JotaAs you might imagine, none of the journalists present at Jurgen Klopp's final press conference as Liverpool manager really got round to asking about fitness issues - the focus was firmly on Klopp and his feelings about leaving the club that he has left such a deep imprint on.

Robertson and Jota are both doubts for his farewell game against Wolverhampton Wanderers, however. Robertson is likely to play - the injury that forced him to miss Monday's draw with Aston Villa is only believed to be minor - but Jota's status is less clear. He is back in training but is coming back off a more serious injury and it seems unlikely that he will play the full 90 minutes.

Matty CashCash suffered a calf injury in the build up to the recent game against Liverpool and missed out on the matchday squad as a result - and he won't play on the final day against Crystal Palace, either, with Emery ruling him out earlier this week. Morgan Rogers is out too, while Nicolo Zaniolo has broken a metatarsal, bringing his loan spell to a premature end.

Lewis DunkThe Brighton & Hove Albion centre-back was ruled out by Roberto de Zerbi during his pre-match press conference - the in-demand Italian head coach told the media that "I don't think it's a big problem, which is good news for him and us, but he won't play on Sunday." Dunk was a popular choice thanks to Brighton's recent double gameweek, but he won't feature against Manchester United.

Pedro NetoThe Portuguese winger was a popular FPL player until the end of March, when he was sidelined by a serious hamstring injury - he hasn't played since. But he may well be an interesting differential option for the final day, as Gary O'Neil has confirmed that he will be in the matchday squad. On the other hand, there was no promise that he'd play the entire game and they are up against Liverpool at Anfield. Pablo Sarabia is a doubt, too.
