Newcastle United have now gone three games without a win in the Premier League after their goalless draw with Everton.
A rotated Newcastle United side were far from their best during the 1-0 win over AFC Wimbledon midweek, but there was hope that the energy and intensity on display against Manchester City would return against Everton.
Eddie Howe's side did take control of the game at Goodison Park, but Newcastle again struggled to break down a well-organised defence and were wasteful in front of goal.
Former Everton star Anthony Gordon missed a penalty on his return to Goodison Park and Newcastle ended up drawing 0-0, which has kept them in sixth in the Premier League table.
He took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to give his assessment of Newcastle's performance, and he did it in as little as 14 words.
