A NUFC-fanatic dad got a telling-off from his daughter's school after she was spotted on TV at the side's game in Dortmund - after he'd said she was ill.
The parent took to X, formerly Twitter, to share the letter and jokingly blame Sky Sports presenter Keith Downie for getting his daughter in shot during his coverage.

The dad, who goes by the name 'Buzz' on social media, posted: "Alreet (sic) @SkySports_Keith, Well your live coverage in the Market Square at Dortmund yesterday got us grassed up at the bairn's school."
He attached a screenshot of the email which said his daughter Bessie's time off would be marked as unauthorised "due to media footage and news articles showing her in Germany at a football match."

The dad seemed unphased by the email adding they'd had a "belting trip".
Keith Downie replied to the post apologising and added: "Both kids were amazing and I picked them out specifically because they spoke so well and intelligently on camera.
