Nottingham Forest threw away a two-goal lead as they were held to a 2-2 draw at home to Luton Town.
The Reds made a bright start and could have gone ahead inside the first 10 minutes.
Chris Wood saw an effort saved, while Ibrahim Sangare headed over shortly after.
A couple of warning signals were fired at the opposite end as the Hatters put some dangerous balls into the box and Jacob Brown fired wide after a free-kick.
But opportunities continued to come Forest's way - they just needed to take one.
It took a vital deflection to deny Wood in the 24th minute from an Anthony Elanga cross.
And the hosts missed two golden opportunities in added time before the break, with Wood heading over and Sangare shooting wide from inside the box.
Nevertheless, it didn't take long for the breakthrough to come in the second half.
Elanga fed Wood and the front man slotted in a composed finish with 48 minutes gone.
He could have made it 2-0 with another chance immediately after.
But he finally got another in the 76th minute, heading in Elanga's cross.
Chiedozie Ogbene pulled one back late on to set up a nervy finish, then Elijah Adebayo netted an equaliser in added time to extend a winless run to five games for Steve Cooper's side.
Here's how Reds reporter Sarah Clapson rated the Forest players at the City Ground.
Matt Turner: Had made some decent stops and seemed to be on course for a clean-sheet until the Reds fell apart late on.
Won't be happy with that.
Rating: 6/10Serge Aurier: A boost to have him available after he limped off at Crystal Palace.
Got the ball into the box on a few occasions, including setting up a Sangare chance.
Rating: 6/10Willy Boly: Seemed to relish the battle as Luton looked to apply pressure.
Can argue Forest missed him when he went off as he had been his usual solid self.
Rating: 7.
5/10Murillo: Passing range is excellent.
Not quite the standout showing of Crystal Palace but his quality is there to see.
Rating: 7.
5/10Harry Toffolo: Has really stepped up since getting his opportunity.
Solid and put some good crosses in.
A dilemma for the manager now Ola Aina is fit again.
Rating: 7.
5/10Orel Mangala: Is on a real upward curve this season; has made a lot of progress.
Some lovely touches and composure on the ball at times.
Rating: 7.
5/10Nicolas Dominguez: Continues to show his class in the middle of the pitch.
Work-rate was superb - put pressure on the keeper at one point and took the opportunity to gee up the crowd.
Rating: 7.
5/10Ibrahim Sangare: How did he miss? Buried his head in his shirt after firing a golden opportunity wide just before the break.
Worked hard, though.
Rating: 6/10Morgan Gibbs-White: Played his part in Wood's second goal.
Just needed a little more composure at times in the final third and with set-pieces.
Will feel he should have done better with a second half chance.
Rating: 6/10Chris Wood: Could easily have had a hat-trick.
Showed terrific composure with the first one, though.
And then followed that up with a deft header for his second.
Rating: 7/10Anthony Elanga: Constantly looked to make things happen down the left flank and his pace caused Luton plenty of problems.
Deserved his double assist.
Rating: 7.
5/10Ryan Yates (for Dominguez, 77mins): Got straight into the thick of the action with by trying his luck almost as soon as he came on.
Rating: 6.
5/10Cheikhou Kouyate (for Sangare, 77mins): Couldn't help shore things up in the final minutes as Forest imploded.
Rating: 6/10Joe Worrall (for Boly, 78mins): Ought to have done better for Luton's equaliser as Adebayo got the better of him.
Rating: 5.
5/10Neco Williams (for Elanga, 87mins): Didn't really get the opportunity to make much of an impact, but Forest did lose their rhythm when the substitutions were made.
Rating: 6/10Ola Aina (for Aurier, 87mins): Good to see the defender back from injury.
He will be needed.
Rating: 6/10Subs not used: Vlachodimos, Santos, Niakhate, Aguilera.
