Wayne Rooney has been sacked as Birmingham City's head coach after winning only two of his 15 games in charge.
Plymouth Argyle are also looking for a new first team boss, with interviews set to take place this week.

Wayne Rooney has been dismissed from his role as head coach at Birmingham City after securing just two wins out of 15 games. The decision comes less than three months after he was appointed to replace John Eustace. Following their defeat against Leeds United on New Year's Day, the club dropped to 20th position in the table.
Plymouth Argyle is also searching for a new first team boss and will be holding interviews this week ahead of their FA Cup third round tie against Sutton United at Home Park on Saturday. Meanwhile, Swansea City let go of Michael Duff in early December and have had Alan Sheehan taking over coaching duties since then.
Rooney brought Birmingham to play against Plymouth Argyle at Home Park where they initially took a lead but ended up drawing 33 due to an own goal from defender Marc Roberts and an equalizer by Morgan Whittaker, who used to be teammates with Rooney at Derby County.
Birmingham released a statement confirming the departure of both Rooney and firstteam coach Carl Robinson, expressing that results did not meet expectations. Steve Spooner will temporarily assume responsibility for firstteam matters while the search for a successor begins immediately.
