Another new Home Bargains store is set to come to Preston in the former PC World site in Blackpool Road.

The new store will be the fifth in the city as a planning application shows that the owners TJ Morris will demolish the building in Deepdale.

The application to demolish the former PC World site states that it will be replaced with two retail units and create a new pedestrian access to Blackpool Road.

It's not yet known who the occupant of the other unit will be. Up to 100 jobs will be created through the new store.
